Where is Navigate located?

Navigate Massage Therapy and Wellness Services is located inside “The Offices of 975 Elgin”. In the Victoria Place Plaza, between Symposium and Tia Savannah Tattoo. 975 Elgin St W, Unit 11, Cobourg, Ontario.

Why am I being asked to add my credit card?

Our booking site uses the credit card on file to hold appointment slots. The card is not charge at the time of booking and will NOT be charged without notice.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Navigate practitioners require a minimum 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment with no fee.

• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, payment of 50% of the appointment fee is required.

• If less than 12 hours' notice is given, a payment of 100% of the appointment fee is required.

• If an appointment is missed without notice, 100% of the appointment fee is required.

  These charges will come with an unsigned receipt stating "missed appointment" or "late cancellation" fee. Missed appointments and late cancellation fee receipts are not submittable to insurance; therefore, these fees are an "out-of-pocket" cost.

  At Navigate, compassionate client care is at the forefront of our values. We understand that life happens, and under certain circumstances, late cancellations and missed appointments are unavoidable. These circumstances can be discussed on a case-by-case basis to have a fee waived.
